Forgive my poor English, I wanted to know what means the use of symbols greater than less than
dtCore::RefPtr mHoverTankActorType;
dtCore::RefPtr mDust;
I no know of this syntax.
Suppose that is to group a namespace and his inherit.

dtCore::RefPtr has to do with C++ Templates. Have a look at Wikipedia on this subject, or just search for "C++ Templates" on the web.
